Business Need
To provide much needed additional parking and improve the aesthetics of the landscape around the housing scheme.
Scope of Works
The scheme was designed to enable additional car parking space for the residents, provide a secure gated perimeter fence and soft landscaping. The locations proposed for the scheme required complete formation of the existing grassed areas to provide for the new car parking areas.
Outcome
Enhanced car parking facilities to accommodate the needs of all residents within the apartment block and improved, more aesthetically pleasing landscaping.
