Business Need
To provide additional social housing to support the client in reducing homelessness within the borough of Wigan.
Scope of Works
The project consisted of a full refurbishment scheme to redesign the existing internal building layout providing 4 flats suitable for residential occupants.
The external existing concrete elevations were redesigned with a brick cladding system.
The external areas were redeveloped to provide secure car parking with gated access controlled security.
Outcome
Newly refurbished, high quality apartments with a secure external environment ready to house new tenants and reduce homelessness
